- Click on the Windows Start button
- Click on Run
- Enter: regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Dao360.dll"
- Click OK
If the file dao360.dll is located in a different folder or drive change the information accordingly. If you do not know where the file is on your computer do a go to Start, then Find, Files. And enter dao360.dll in the search.
